We built Primo with privacy in mind. The App is designed to work without requiring an account, and your personal data stays on your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
Primo does not collect, store, or have access to:

- Health data
- Advertising identifiers
- Any personally identifying information
Information Stored on Your Device
The following information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:
- Your saved anchors and mantras
- Session history and progress
- App preferences and settings
- Daily drill completion history
This data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or use the “Reset Data” option in Settings.
Information We Receive
While we do not collect personal information, we do receive limited data through third-party services to operate the App:
Purchase Information
When you subscribe to Primo, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management service. We do not receive or have access to your payment details, credit card number, or Apple ID.
RevenueCat receives:
- A random subscriber identifier (not linked to your identity)
- Subscription status and transaction history
- Device type and operating system version

Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics to help us improve the App. This includes:
- Which features are used
- Session duration
- App events (e.g., completing a session)
- Device type and operating system version
This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Crash Reports
We receive anonymous diagnostic data if the App crashes. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Crash reports do not contain personal information.
How We Use Information
The limited information we receive is used to:
- Verify your subscription status
- Understand how the App is used so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain on our servers.
Data stored on your device remains there until you:
- Uninstall the App
- Use the “Reset Data” option in Settings
- Clear the App's data through your device settings
Children's Privacy
Primo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Your Rights
