Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Primo (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is operated by Amaraj Judge, a sole proprietor based in New York, USA (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
What Primo Is
Primo is a self-help mobile application designed to help users manage performance anxiety before high-stakes situations such as interviews, presentations, and important meetings.
Important: Primo is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. The App provides general wellness techniques and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or have a diagnosed anxiety disorder, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Primo. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
Primo offers the following subscription options:
- Weekly: $6.99 per week
- Yearly: $79.99 per year (includes a 7-day free trial)
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App before purchase.
Free Trial
The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
The weekly subscription does not include a free trial.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap “Subscriptions”
- Select “Primo”
- Choose “Cancel Subscription” or modify your plan
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
We cannot process refunds directly as all payments go through Apple.
User Responsibilities
By using Primo, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not copy, modify, or distribute the App's content
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software, is the property of Amaraj Judge and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the App without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: the App will meet your specific requirements; the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; the results from using the App will be accurate or reliable; or any errors in the App will be corrected.
Health Disclaimer
Primo is designed as a general wellness tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
The techniques and exercises in the App are based on publicly available research and are provided for informational purposes only. Individual results may vary.
If you are experiencing severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, or any other mental health condition, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Amaraj Judge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your use or inability to use the App; any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App; any content obtained from the App; or any actions taken based on the content of the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six (6) months prior to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amaraj Judge from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amaraj Judge regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
